Inspirational tattoo

There is something so unbelievably hot and sexy (to me) about this guy's tattoo. Tam has it posted on her blog and I've been going over there to see it so many times and it always takes my breath away... both the tattoo and the two guys!

I'm still planning on getting a tattoo on my 21st birthday, and this one here is now part of my collection of inspirations.

  1. Excellent choice. ;-) I thought it was very hot as well. I like tattoos that follow a body line like that.

  2. Mmmmmm...inspirational indeed! How long until your birthday? Once you pick a design, you should sit on it (where does that expression come from?!) for a few weeks. Just to be sure. I am itching to get another one, too! Consider yourself warned: it's hard to stop at one. :-)

  3. Yes, I like tattoos. Just don't be like the middle-aged man I saw some years back who had a dotted line across his throat with CUT HERE in the centre. I presume he got it when he was young and intoxicated! It was hard not to stare at it!

  4. I love tats! That one is hot! My sisters & I discussed getting a tattoo to honor our sister who passed away at 18 from cancer. The idea came from my niece who is her namesake. We had the small tasteful design ready to go and then we pictured how it would look in 30 years & we got skeeved out lol. So yes on your hard young bodies - go for it!

    1. You just have to put it somewhere that won't stretch with age. Stay away from the belly area at all costs!!! LOL.

    2. LOL Madison! And the butt, hips, sides, thighs and for us girls, boobs. Maybe feet are safe?

    3. *sigh* I have one at the base of my neck and one on the inside of my left forearm. So few "safe zones" for us ladies...

    4. I figure when I'm 80 I don't really give a damn what it looks like or if no one likes it. LOL

I actually had the one on my back (my avatar) re-inked a few years ago. It was about 17 years old and starting to fade. So like anything, you can maintain them and keep them fresh if you want to.

    5. I have a dragonfly on my right foot and I plan to get a butterfly on my left. Feet don't sag or stretch out as you age! :)

  6. Very cool. I like how parts look like they're under his skin, like it's woven into him.

  8. I think I FINALLY figured out what I want to get for a tattoo.

Now I just have to get someone to draw what I want.

  9. Very nice pic! Yummy! Yes, placement is important. I had a girlfriend of mine get a small playboy bunny on her hip. (don't ask me why). I teased her later in life and told it looked more like the Easter Bunny now....LOL.

You certainly put a new spin on a topic which has been discussed for
a long time. Excellent stuff, just wonderful!

Every one of my seven tattoos mean something personal to me....how I was feeling, something that happened...My husband and I even have a matching/couples tattoos Mine says...Vers l'infini (to infinity) my husband's says...Et Au-dela (and beyond..both in french).
